Gavin has worked in the IT industry for over 14 years, starting in IBM mid-range technical support in 1988. In 1996, he joined JDE UK and worked on the Response Line before moving into technical field consultancy with the World & OneWorld Software. Gavin also worked on loan to the JDE Training Department, which allowed him to conduct multiple technical classes for JDE customers. 

Since leaving J.D. Edwards, Gavin has worked in a CNC technical capacity for multiple clients using the Enterprise One software. He is also able to offer experience in CNC technical project management from implementation to upgrades.
